How many requests/tickets do you handle at a given during
the monthly subscription?
We focus on one ticket at a time, and once a milestone
is achieved, additional enhancements are addressed in a
separate ticket. This approach ensures that you can
easily track progress and prevents important details
from getting lost in complex requests.
How do I keep track of the progress on my project?
You will be provided access to our ticketing system once
a monthly subscription has been started, or a down
payment has been made on a one-time payment packages.
